Alexandrine is a public policy and government affairs leader, currently serving as a key Public Policy Advisor for Wiley Rein LLP, with deep expertise in telecommunications, emerging technology, data security, and spectrum policy. She has served as principal advisor to the Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, leading congressional strategy to advance U.S. science and technology. A skilled negotiator, she helped secure passage of the historic Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, shaping broadband and competitiveness provisions, and authored key legislation including the Middle-Mile Deployment Act. Her career spans senior roles in the U.S. Senate, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and the Recording Industry Association of America.
